I Have a New Computer!!!

Because I'm focusing mainly on programming(with arduino on the side), I got a new computer for christmas. It is an HP Pavilion DV6T Quad Edition(with the i7 core). It is blazing fast and will help me with visual C# and visual Basic.

Here is another project I made a while ago. It is a led binary clock. It uses to arduino to keep time which is not very accurate. Now I'm thinking of using the ds1307 breakout board from adafruit to keep true time.

My First Post

Hey blog. Im kind of new to this, but I want to get started. My name is Brady and I'm a total electronics, arduino, and programming geek. I mostly develop on linux Ubuntu and are the type of person who wants to get down and dirty to find out how things work. I program mostly in Java, Python, and C++. I have never stuck to one of them specifically for a while. I have just jumped around with them and found the best and worst part of them and can never grasp on to one of them for long periods of time. Sometimes because I dual boot windows 7 and ubuntu, I develop on .NET and specifically C#. The reason I like arduino...  It's awesome. It's easy to use and you can do so much with it. Here are a couple of photos of things I have worked on lately:
An arduino and breadboard holder. I made this with a router. I plan on using a detail sander to take of the paint and then stain the wood. The board is also warped so I want to use my friends planer to flatten it.
This is a 4 digit led display. I used an arduino chip and soldered it right on the board. I used my arduino mega battery backpack to power it while I took the picture. I would post the code but I lost the it due to a power surge while i was adding comments to the code

P.S Sorry for the bad pictures. I took them with my crappy phone
